"We," "us" or "our" means Illuminate Change LLC, a change management consultancy based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This policy applies to our website (illuminatechange.com), our emails and text messages, and the consulting, coaching and digital products we offer (together, the "Services").

2. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you subscribe to our newsletter, sign up for text messages, book a call, fill out a form or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization and anything else you choose to share.
Payment information. Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card or bank details. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our website platform and analytics tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring website, using cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Send you our newsletter and information about our Services that you've asked for
- Respond to your questions and schedule calls
- Deliver the products and services you purchase, including billing
- Send service updates and administrative messages

5. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Illuminate Change LLC, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent. We use this information only to send the messages you requested, such as updates, reminders and offers. We only send text messages to people who have expressly opted in. Purchasing our products or services does not by itself enroll you in text messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our SMS platform) that deliver messages on our behalf.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at elinor.cox@illuminatechange.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Your Marketing Choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, and stop text messages by replying STOP. You can also email us to be removed. If you opt out of marketing, we may still send messages about purchases or services you've requested.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or limit how we use it, or withdraw your consent. To make a request, email elinor.cox@illuminatechange.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
